Customer: I'm calling because I had an absolutely terrible experience at your Palo Alto store. It was probably the worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear that. Could you please tell me more about what happened during your visit? Customer: The clerk I encountered was completely unwilling to provide any details to assist with a purchase. It felt like they didn't want to help me at all. And honestly, they were cold and snarky at times, which made the whole thing incredibly uncomfortable and frustrating.
