During what was supposed to be a helpful online chat about their products, there was a sales guy who was very pushy and condescending. His approach completely detoured me from wanting to make a purchase, and honestly, it made me question the professionalism of the entire operation. Customer: I'm calling about a really frustrating experience I had with one of your online sales representatives. He was incredibly pushy and frankly, quite condescending during our chat.
